1. The payment methods available are credit card, MB Way, Paypal and Multibanco.

2. All bookings are subject to confirmation of availability, which must be confirmed in advance by email or through the chat option. If a booking is made without prior confirmation, we will endeavour to confirm availability as soon as possible. If it is not available, we may suggest an alternative trip, or a full refund. If the price of the alternative option suggested is higher, this can be paid in advance by the customer. If the price is lower, we will refund the difference.

3. If you are unsure whether an activity, attraction or event is suitable (for example, due to pregnancy, age or health conditions), you should contact us to find out before making your booking. No refunds will be made if you feel it is unsuitable after you have made your booking, unless stated in the Customer Cancellation Terms.

4. All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

5. All tickets will be sent by e-mail.

6. Cancellation by the client. All bookings, unless otherwise specified, may be cancelled by the customer at least two days before the date of the ticket and a full refund will be made via the same means by which payment was made. For orders where the ticket does not have a specific date and has not been used, it may be cancelled up to 10 days after purchase or up to 5 days after the closing date of the attraction to which it relates (whichever is later) and a full refund will be made through the same means by which payment was made.

7. Cancellation by the company. When any activity or attraction is cancelled by us or our partner, the customer will receive a full refund of the amount received by us for said activity. Other costs incurred by the customer, such as transport, accommodation or others, are not refundable. Transport booked with us is only refundable if not used.

8. Depending on your bank, it may take up to 10 days to receive your refund.

9. The maximum amount of the refund or compensation will be the amount received from the customer.

10. Complaints or cancellation requests must be communicated by email to booking@kayaksupbenagil.com. We will consider your request or complaint and respond within 3 working days. If we need to refund any tickets we have issued, we will confirm the relevant details in our reply.
